KMT 2020 Results
It is the first time KMT has been held online, and some of us did experience technical difficulties - but through good communication and perseverance, we were able to overcome the problems.
[ Extension of time ]
We were able to extend the test sitting until the end of the day (even though most actually were done with it by the afternoon). Note that the duration for every participant, regardless of what time he/she took it, remained as 90 minutes. Since everyone sat for the test for 90 minutes, the pressure of time was the same for everyone.
[ Free extra points ]
We summarized all the feedback of the missing or incorrectly displayed pictures, and had decided to give free extra points due to this problem.
[ Awarding criteria ]
We are modifying our awards criteria by combining the good use of percentile and score band. We are generously awarding medals to roughly more than 50% of the participant, with most of the rest getting Merit.

May we say what a great pleasure it is for us to be announcing the Kangaroo Math Thailand (KMT) 2020 Results today.
KMT 2020 has given one thousand students the chance to showcase their mathematical problem solving skills.
We wish to applaud the great and tireless work of the teachers and schools. We salute you all! This competition should not be seen as a one-off. We would like to stay in touch with you, and see how we can move forward together for the betterment of our students.
So we think now is the moment to announce and to congratulate all the winners!
