Phi Learning Centre Co., Ltd. (operating the PHI Connections brand) respects your privacy and protects personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• School / centre contacts: name, email, phone, shipping address, school name, province.
• Students / candidates (including minors): name, candidate number, school, grade, exam results.
• User accounts (teachers / centre coordinators): name, email, login — to access the system.
• Technical data as needed to operate the website.

2. PURPOSES & LEGAL BASES

• Registering and operating exam centres, running competitions, conducting exams, issuing results — performance of contract (PDPA s.24(3)).
• Newsletters and announcements — consent (s.19), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Minors — consent; children under 10 require parental consent (s.20).

3. DISCLOSURE & SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use service providers (processors) under Data Processing Agreements: Wix (website), Google (documents and email), Supabase / Amazon Web Services (database), Vercel (hosting), and an email provider. Each centre can only see its own candidates.

4. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

Some providers host data abroad. Transfers use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or exemptions under sections 28–29.

5. DATA RETENTION

We keep data only as long as necessary — generally about 3 years after a competition cycle ends — then delete or anonymize it.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase, restrict, object, request data portability, and withdraw consent. Contact us below; we respond within 30 days.

7. SECURITY

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures in line with the PDPC's 2022 security notification (access control, authentication, least privilege, and access logging).

8. CHILDREN

For children under 10, data may only be provided with parental consent. If we discover data was collected without proper consent, we will delete it.

บริษัท ฟิ เลิร์นนิ่ง เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (ผู้ดำเนินงานแบรนด์ PHI Connections) ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• ผู้ติดต่อศูนย์สอบ–โรงเรียน: ชื่อ-สกุล, อีเมล, เบอร์โทร, ที่อยู่จัดส่ง, ชื่อโรงเรียน, จังหวัด
• นักเรียน–ผู้เข้าสอบ (รวมผู้เยาว์): ชื่อ-สกุล, เลขประจำตัวผู้สอบ, โรงเรียน, ระดับชั้น, ผลสอบ
• บัญชีผู้ใช้ (ครู / ผู้ประสานศูนย์): ชื่อ, อีเมล, บัญชี login — เพื่อเข้าถึงระบบ
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคตามที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเว็บไซต์

2. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

• รับสมัครและจัดตั้งศูนย์สอบ, จัดการแข่งขัน, จัดสอบ, ออกผล — ปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (ม.24(3))
• ข่าวสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ — ความยินยอม (ม.19) ถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ
• ผู้เยาว์ — ความยินยอม; เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปีต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง (ม.20)

3. การเปิดเผยและผู้ให้บริการ

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการ (ผู้ประมวลผล) ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูล (DPA): Wix, Google, Supabase / AWS, Vercel และผู้ให้บริการอีเมล โดยศูนย์สอบเห็นข้อมูลเฉพาะผู้เข้าสอบของตนเท่านั้น

4. การโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่ต่างประเทศ การโอนข้อมูลใช้กลไกตามกฎหมาย เช่น ข้อสัญญามาตรฐาน (SCC) หรือฐานยกเว้นตามมาตรา 28–29

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็น โดยทั่วไปประมาณ 3 ปีหลังจบรอบการแข่งขัน แล้วลบหรือทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตน

6. สิทธิของท่าน

ท่านมีสิทธิเข้าถึง, ขอสำเนา, แก้ไข, ลบ, ระงับใช้, คัดค้าน, ขอให้โอนย้าย และถอนความยินยอม ติดต่อตามช่องทางด้านล่าง เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

7. ความปลอดภัย

เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กรที่เหมาะสมตามประกาศ สคส. ปี 2565 (การควบคุมการเข้าถึง, การยืนยันตัวตน, การจำกัดสิทธิ์ และการบันทึกการเข้าถึง)

8. การคุ้มครองผู้เยาว์

สำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปี การให้ข้อมูลต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง หากพบว่าได้รับข้อมูลโดยไม่มีความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง เราจะดำเนินการลบ
