What you need for the Online Exam?
● Laptop or Computer with Webcam
○ If no webcam, use phone/tablet as webcam
○ Avoid using phone/tablet to access exam website; some images may not display properly and we won’t be able to help.
● Stable WiFi
● Zoom is used for invigilation.

What to do before the Exam?
1. SAMPLE ONLINE TEST:

The level doesn’t matter — it’s just for you to get familiar with the online system.
2. CHECK YOUR LOGIN DETAILS IN THE TICKET AT THE PORTAL OR EMAIL:
● Visit https://phiportal.org, Find the ticket of competition by click document or find ticket in your registered email.
● Record your login details, username (as your candidate no.) and password in the Ticket (Top right). Don't wait until exam day to search!
3. TRIAL DEMO BEFORE THE EXAM:

What to do during the exam?
1. Join your Zoom session
● Join 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
● Wait patiently in the waiting room. The invigilator will admit you at the scheduled time.
● If you are not admitted 5 minutes after your scheduled time, contact us via Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/phiconnections. Do not contact us before this.
2. Once your are in,
● Turn on your webcam.
● Rename your Zoom name to your Full Name.
✓ Full face shown clearly
✓ No virtual background
● Wait for the briefing.
How to take the exam?
1. Log in to the exam website:
https://www.flexiquiz.com/account/login
● To login, enter the username and password (different for each student) to login the test.
● Your assigned test will appear here. If this is not your test level, please report to the invigilator immediately. Click to continue
● In welcome page, click “Start Quiz” to continue
Note: Parents may help young students log in but must leave after
the exam starts. No one else should be in the room during the exam.
Parents can wait outside the room and assist with technical issues if any, but they must inform the invigilator via Zoom chat.
2. During the Test:
● Click or type your answers in the boxes provided
● Timer with remaining time
● Make sure Click SUBMIT once completed.
