## FORMAT OF THE PAPERS • Format of Pre-Ecolier and Ecolier is 24 multiple-choice questions. 3 marks each are contained by Questions 1-8, 4 marks each by Questions 9-16, and 5 marks each by Questions 17-24, making a full score of 96.

• Format of Benjamin, Cadet, Junior and Student is 30 multiple-choice questions. 3 marks each are contained by Questions 1-10, 4 marks each by Questions 11-20, and 5 marks each by Questions 21-30, making a full score of 120.

• All questions have five options of answer.

• Each paper is 90 minutes of duration.

• If a participant leaves a question unanswered, that question will be marked '0'. There is no penalty/deduction for wrong answer.

• No calculator

• Official language of the competition is English
